This is from my most recent project, focusing on the body and houseplants through the lens of mental health. These ideas were explored during covid-19 when anxieties were high and my body issues came back with a vengeance. This project became a form of therapy for me, to see myself from another perspective. I worked with photography and the process of stamping to explore these mediums and expand on my practice.
